Dave is the Chief Growth Officer responsible for managing the company's growth measured in revenue as well the number of clients. In this role, Dave formulates, collaborates, measures, and provides support for growth initiatives.
Dave has 24 years of commercial insurance experience and has held multiple positions which has provided a robust and solid understanding of all aspects of the insurance and relationship process. He began his career as a reinsurance treaty underwriter and then broker and has since been recruited for other roles such as a program administrator, Managing General Agent (MGA), producer, underwriting manager, leader and executive. Prior to joining DataCrest, Dave formed a regional platform for Liberty Mutual Insurance in the mid-Atlantic territory focused on relationship management, sales, holistic underwriting and culture collaboration. He also worked at AIG where he was Global Executive Client Director and was tasked with aligning products, providing a holistic view to key major account clients and brokers and to effectively communicate the company message and mission. To achieve this goal, collaboration across all lines within AIG was needed including claims, loss control, analytics and other service groups.
Dave is a member of the programming committee for the local RIMS chapter, is a Temple University Risk Management mentor, is involved with local charities and sits on the board as Secretary of the Insurance Society of Philadelphia (ISOP). Dave also has a passion to assist our military veterans in transitioning from military to civilian work life and is a coach, sponsor and mentor working with organizations such as FourBlock. Throughout his insurance career Dave always had an entrepreneurial spirit and looks at each role as an opportunity to Fix.Build.Grow.
David lives in Ocean City, NJ with his wife and 2 children and loves beach and ocean activities inclusive of swimming, surfing, body boarding and just sitting on the beach enjoying his family.
Dusty is responsible for providing strategic vision, road maps, and execution of DataCrest's products. Before joining DataCrest, he spent the prior ten years both helping lead an early stage insurtech through its growth stage and working for an international carrier designing, building, and evangelizing for digital technologies.
He is a product and digital enablement leader with years of experience synthesizing and delivering disruptive solutions using cutting edge digital technology and UX techniques via data backed discovery. Dusty is committed to research backed decision making. He is obsessed with understanding problems and using that understanding to provide insightful product ideas to test and implement. Dusty is passionate about fostering creative, diverse, and inclusive environments. He believes to create the best solutions all voices need to be heard.
Dusty graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Marketing. He currently resides in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia and can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Will is the Customer Success Manager for DataCrest. He facilitates customer relationships with personalized, responsive support across any channel while resolving clients’ complex issues for their continued satisfaction in the use of their products. DataCrest’s products are used by sales and service representatives to gather information and directly produce quotes or indications for their clients. Will has worked with many expert insurance professionals and is licensed in Life, Health and Accident Insurance having multiple years of experience within the insurance industry.
Will graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while majoring in Finance. While at Drexel, he was a part of the Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse team where he was a CAA Commissioner's Academic Award winner. Will currently resides in Philadelphia.
